Catch up

Last weekend at the San Mateo and Oakland Kennel Club shows Hacker earned two more points towards his championship title by going Winner's Dog and Best of Winners on Friday and Winner's Dog on Saturday.  Not to be outdone by her "little" brother, Honor earned two points on Saturday by going Winner's Bitch and Best of Winners on Saturday!  It was Very exciting to be in the Best of Breed ring with two of my puppies on Saturday!  Now we wait for those win pictures and hope they turned out better than Hacker's  first one from last month.

Catching up on some pictures from earlier this year.  This is Hobie, he is granddad Hayden's brother, the puppies uncle.  He lives with Rocky (formerly Horton) shown below.  He's got a blue left eye just like his niece, Tommie.  Handsome boy.

Here's Rocky after graduating from puppy class.  Mary says the instructors were very impressed with how smart he is and he was often used as a demostration dog to show other handlers/students how to do something.  Good, good boy!

Hacker borrowed his granddad's cowboy hat for a few shots.  He looks so coy in this picture.  :o)

Beautiful little Marlee, the puppies are growing up so fast!  Hard to believe they're 9 months old.

This is Honor's win picture from the Scottsdale Dog Fancier's show down in Arizona last month.  She earned a 4 point major on this day.  She now has 6 points towards her championship title.  She's such a sweet and lovely girl. 

What a weekend in Tennessee!!

Last Thursday Teller made his conformation ring "debut" at their local shows in Nashville, TN.  These are the same shows that the puppy's dad, Sagan, earned his very first points towards his Championship title three years ago.  AND, just like dear old dad did, Teller earned his first point on Thursday by going Winners' Dog!!  That same day papa Sagan was Select Dog and earned his first points towards his Grand Championship title.  But Wait!  There's more!  Sagan went on to earn Best of Breed Friday, Saturday and Sunday!  Not to be outdone, Teller earned another point on Sunday by going Winners' Dog and Best of Winners'!  I think mama Holly is Still floating on air!  It was a fabulous weekend for "Da Boyz"!!  Of course now I'm waiting for even more pics to post.  I sure love getting those phone calls!!! 

Still waiting

I've been waiting for Hacker's win picture for a few weeks now and still haven't received it.  :o(  Hopefully the photographer who did Honor's win pic down in Arizona is quicker!  In the mean time, here are a couple of snapshots that a friend took of Laurie and Honor both in and out of the ring.  She's really matured since coming into season for the first time. She's a beautiful girl.

A four point major for Honor!

Laurie, Honor and Miley took a trip down to Arizona for the Dalmatian specialty show down there.  Miley was Best of Opposite Sex at three of the five days and Select Bitch two of the days.  On Friday our little Honie was Winner's Bitch and Best of Winners for a four point major!  This was out of the 6-9 puppy classes.  I am soooo very proud of them!  I was doing the happy dance at work after that phone call - of course most of my co-workers don't have a clue about what I'm saying but were all very thrilled for us none the less.  ;o)  On Sunday Honie was Reserve Winner's Bitch.  Such a great weekend!  So proud of them!
